Video Otoscope

We use the Video Otoscope, a
specially-designed video endoscope, to examine and capture still pictures or
video loops from deep within your pets ear canal or oral cavity. These magnified
images are viewed by us and our clients in real time on the large flat screen
monitors in each exam room. This is very helpful in diagnosing polyps, tumors,
foreign bodies, excess hair, ear mites or infection of the ears. When
used in the oral cavity, this
scope can also visualize tumors, foreign bodies, infection and fractured,
missing or malaligned teeth in the back of the mouth. These images or video
loops are
then stored in the patients permanent "paperless" medical records. |
