Before moving to the Capital Region in 2000, Heidi practiced Law in Pennsylvania. She joined The Animal Hospital staff as a receptionist in November 2004 and enjoys meeting and assisting clients and their pets. Heidi is active in greyhound rescue and has adopted Cassidy, a 2 year old male. In her spare time, she enjoys learning to play the violin and cross country skiing.
