Kathy is a licensed veterinary technician and has worked at The Animal Hospital since 1977. Her responsibilities include both technician skills (radiology) and office manager duties. Her interest in animals developed on her grandparents’ horse farm, where she spent most of her summers as a child. She has a Labrador named "Gracie", 2 cats, and 2 horses; Gracie is a Therapy Dog certified through Therapy Dog International. Kathy and Gracie do volunteer work through Community Caregivers. Gracie recently received her Therapy Dog International Achievement (TDIA) Certificate for 50 visits.
In her spare time, Kathy also enjoys volleyball and rollerblading.
